Coronavirus Demand Update – 26/03/2020

Last Friday (20/03/20), due to unprecedented demand, we took the tough decision to temporarily suspend orders from being placed.  We did not take this decision lightly and appreciate the frustration it has caused, however this has now enabled us to dispatch outstanding orders, review current stock levels, replenish stock where possible and to try and reduce our dispatch timelines closer to what our customers are used to.

From this afternoon (26/03/20) we have started to accept orders again, however in light of the current Coronavirus pandemic and how it is developing in the UK, we have no choice but to limit who can order from us.  We can currently only allow existing Care & Healthcare customers, who are looking after the most vulnerable in society and are on the front line in the battle against Coronavirus to order from us for the time being.  Unfortunately, our stocks are not unlimited and we are doing all that we can to secure more supplies during this difficult time, however as a business we feel we have a  moral duty to prioritise those customers who are most in need of the stock.  We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and concern this will cause, we hope that the stock rationing and prioritising will only be needed temporarily.

Customers who are able to commence ordering from us, will receive an email invitation shortly, for those of you who are not subscribed to receive marketing communications via email, you will be contacted by your account manager.

If you haven’t already, please subscribe to our mailing list so we can keep you up to date via email and let you know as soon as we are accepting orders from our wider customer base again. Please Click here.
